Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been dispatched. This policy ensures product integrity, safety, and compliance with handling standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Incomplete

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the packaging and product

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, where appropriate.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong item was supplied

  • The product was damaged during transit

Refunds are not issued for:
